Correct use of hand chain hoist

Hand chain hoist, also known as manual hoist, is a common manpower lifting tool, widely used in industrial production, construction sites and various places of cargo handling and hoisting operations. Its simple and effective design enables it to complete the lifting and transportation of heavy objects in an environment without power or pneumatic equipment.

Hand chain hoist mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Main structure: usually made of metal, including shell, handle, lifting chain, etc.
2. Handle: The handle connected to the lifting chain, through the operation of the handle to achieve the lifting and lowering of the chain.
3. Lifting chain: It is the core component of the hand chain hoist, composed of many metal links, which form a chain that can be twisted one by one.
4. Gear assembly: including gears, shafts, etc., through gear transmission to achieve the rotation of the handle to the chain.

Precautions for the operation of hand chain hoist:
1. It is strictly forbidden to use it with oblique pull and overload.
2. It is strictly forbidden to operate it with other power other than human power.
3. Before use, make sure that the machine parts are intact, the transmission parts and lifting chains are well lubricated, and the idling is normal.
4. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are hung firmly. The lifting chain should be hung vertically without twisted links. The lower hook frame of the double-row chain should not be turned over.
5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hand chain to rotate the hand chain wheel in the clockwise direction to make the heavy object rise; pull the hand chain in the opposite direction to slowly lower the heavy object.
6. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to do any work or walking under the heavy objects to avoid major accidents.
7. During the lifting process, whether the heavy object rises or falls, when pulling the hand chain, the force should be uniform and gentle, and do not use too much force to avoid the hand chain jumping or snapping.
8. If the operator finds that the hand pulling force is greater than the normal pulling force, it should stop using it immediately. Prevent damage to the internal structure to prevent falling accidents.
9. After the heavy object has landed safely and stably, remove the lower hook of the hand chain hoist.
10. After use, handle it with care, place it in a dry and ventilated place, and apply lubricating oil.
