1. Motor does not start
The motor does not start is one of the common faults of the electric hoist, the possible reasons are the power supply is not connected, the electrical connection is loose, the control switch failure or the motor is burned. For these reasons, the following solutions can be taken:
Check the power supply and wiring: confirm that the power is connected correctly, check whether the electrical wiring is firm, if loose should be fixed in time.
Replace the control switch: If the control switch is damaged, replace the new switch in time.

2. The wire rope or chain is broken
Wire rope or chain break will cause the electric hoist can not work properly. When this happens, it should be stopped immediately and dealt with in the following ways:
Replace the new wire rope or chain: Ensure that the replaced wire rope or chain meets the specifications of the equipment.
Check the cause of the break: Analyze the cause of the break, such as the load of the wire rope or chain exceeds the rated load, and improve the operation method or replace the electric hoist with a higher load.
3. The electric hoist runs abnormally
Abnormal operation includes the electric hoist when lifting or falling, shaking, abnormal sound and so on. The cause of this phenomenon may be motor failure, transmission wear, poor lubrication and so on. The corresponding solutions are:
Check the motor and transmission parts: If the motor or transmission is faulty, it needs to be repaired or replaced in time.
