Wire rope electric hoist installation

As a small lifting equipment, the electric wire rope hoist often needs to be installed by yourself after purchase. The electric wire rope hoist consists of a reducer, a drum, a rope arranger, a crane, a hook, an electric trolley, an electric rack, a control box, a wire rope, etc. The installation process is:

1. After the equipment arrives at the site, the package should be opened for inspection to see whether the accessories are complete and whether the electric wire rope hoist equipment is consistent with the packing list.

2. Before installing the electric wire rope hoist, check the I-beam to ensure that the buffers at both ends of the I-beam are installed correctly and the connection points are firmly tightened.

3. Before installation, check whether the reducer part of the electric hoist is filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil as required, and carefully check whether each component is firmly installed and the configuration is complete.

4. When installing the electric wire rope hoist, according to the actual situation, a crane can be used for installation, or a winch can be used to set up a pulley group for hoisting.

5. After the hoisting is completed, use a gasket to adjust the gap so that the distance between the electric hoist travel wheel and the I-beam is kept within 3-5 mm.

6. Adjust the plug rod by adjusting the two buffers on the plug rod so that the plug rod can play a role during use.

The wire rope electric hoist hoisting is pulled by the drum with wire rope and pressed by remote control, which is very convenient, greatly improves the work efficiency, shortens the entire operation time, and is mostly used for outdoor erection, factory hoisting, freight elevator transportation, and construction sites.
